We provide a marketplace to list and discover rental properties. We are not a party to rental agreements between landlords and tenants. Users transact at their own risk. We do not guarantee accuracy of listings or completeness of ownership/legality of any property.

If we charge fees, they will be presented clearly. Payment processing is performed by third-party processors and subject to their terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform design, text, graphics and code are owned by FH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLP. User-submitted content remains owned by the user but you grant us a licence to display it as necessary to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, FH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLP is registered.
