Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Platform fees, convenience charges, and verification fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

2. Tenant Cancellations

Refund availability depends on the landlord's cancellation policy. If the landlord does not permit cancellation, refunds may not be possible.

3. Landlord Cancellations

If a landlord cancels a confirmed booking, the tenant becomes eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.

4. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded within 5–7 business days after validation.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 2–5 business days. Additional banking time may take 3–7 days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Incorrect information provided by the user
  • KYC/verification failure due to wrong data
  • Tenant-landlord disagreements unrelated to platform services
7. Disputes

Refund disputes between tenants and landlords must be resolved directly. The platform does not mediate rental agreement issues.

8. Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension. Relevant transaction data may be shared with the payment gateway.
